What happens when we spend so much of our lives looking outside ourselves for attention, validation, and love – only realize that the love we’ve been searching for has been with us along?

We are truly never alone. God is always with us, placing his love on us. No need to be worthy of it, to compete for it. You just have to become still enough to recognize Him, open enough to receive His love, and willing to believe that you are already seen, already know, and already deeply loved.
